不妊治療の麻酔

●採卵は通常日帰りで行われる処置であり，麻酔法には安全性と術後の速やかな回復が求められる．安全のため十分な術前管理を行い，緊急時のバックアップ体制を構築する必要がある．

●麻酔方法は鎮静，全身麻酔，区域麻酔が行われ，適切に管理すれば患者満足度や妊娠成功率はどの麻酔法も同等といえる．麻酔に使用する薬剤が卵子へ与える影響を考慮する．

●術後は出血，疼痛，嘔気などの合併症に注意を払い，バイタルサインの安定と麻酔からの回復を確認する．嘔気予防とマルチモーダル鎮痛を行うことが望ましい．
