●妊婦の生理学的な変化により，妊婦は非妊婦と比較して，周術期における気道合併症のリスクが高くなる．

●全身麻酔下帝王切開術を安全に実施するためには，適切な術前評価，準備，手術チーム間の情報共有が重要である．

●気道確保困難が生じた場合は，OAA/DAS Obstetric Airway Guideline 2015のアルゴリズムに基づいて対応する．
