文献概要

●帝王切開・経腟分娩後は,強い疼痛が継続するため身体機能の回復の遅れや産後うつのリスクを上昇させ,育児にも悪影響を与える可能性がある.

●2021年に脊髄幹麻酔で施行した選択的帝王切開の術後鎮痛に関するガイドライン(PROSPECTガイドライン)が改訂された.

●出産後の早期回復を目指した鎮痛やオンデマンド鎮痛など,新たなアプローチが試みられはじめている.
