産後神経障害の評価と治療

●産後の神経障害は分娩時の神経の圧迫や牽引が主な原因であるが，予後は良好であり，数日から半年程度で改善することが多い．

●背部痛や運動・感覚神経障害が急激に悪化する場合には，硬膜外血腫や感染症を疑い，緊急MRIを施行し迅速に対応する．

●分娩施行時に区域麻酔を施行する場合には，本人・家族に神経障害のリスクを十分に説明する．

●予防が重要であり，適切な手技を心がける．
