●脊髄幹麻酔は，児の学習障害のリスクを増加させない．

●分娩時の硬膜外鎮痛は，出生後の児の発達に悪影響を及ぼさない．

●硬膜外無痛分娩と自閉スペクトラム症との関係を示唆する報告が話題となっているが，これを支持する強いエビデンスはない．
