妊産婦の心肺蘇生

●妊産婦の心肺蘇生は，一般成人に対する心肺蘇生法を基本とするが，妊産婦特有の生理的，解剖学的変化を踏まえたうえで実施する必要がある．

●妊産婦は仰臥位での子宮による大血管圧迫や気道確保困難リスクの上昇など，心肺蘇生において不利な条件が付加されている．

●心肺蘇生中の子宮左方移動，死戦期帝王切開など，妊産婦特有の事項について，スタッフに対する教育，関連科の意思統一，実施のための綿密なシミュレーションが必要である．
