低侵襲子宮全摘術の際の尿路・直腸損傷への対処

文献概要

●適切な剝離，正確な縫合操作で，尿路および直腸の損傷は安全に修復することが可能となる．

●婦人科手術で尿管損傷が起こった場合，大半は腹腔鏡下尿管膀胱新吻合で対処できる．

●直腸の術中穿孔に対しても適切に処置を行うことで人工肛門は避けることができる．
