大動脈縮窄症と大動脈離断症

●心室の左右差があるときは単純型大動脈縮窄症を疑う．→できるだけきれいな四腔断面（4CV）を出し，意識的に左右心室径を比べる．

●左室流出路に心室中隔欠損があるときは大動脈狭窄症/大動脈離断症（CoA/IAA）を疑う．→カラードプラも利用して観察断面を4CVからゆっくり頭側へ動かし，心室中隔と大動脈前壁の連続性に注目する．

●three vessel view〜three vessel trachea viewで，肺動脈と大動脈の口径差があるときや両者が合流していないときはCoA/IAAを疑う．→カラードプラも併用すると評価しやすい．
