子宮体がんにおける傍大動脈リンパ節郭清の治療的意義

●再発中リスク以上の症例において傍大動脈リンパ節郭清が予後を改善する可能性がある．

●どのような集団に対して傍大動脈リンパ節郭清を行うべきかについて，コンセンサスを得られた明確なエビデンスはない．

●傍大動脈リンパ節に明らかな腫大のない推定再発中リスク以上の症例を対象に，傍大動脈リンパ節郭清の治療的意義を検証するJCOG1412試験の結果が待たれる．
