文献概要

●再発リスクを有する子宮体がん術後症例の補助療法として化学療法が推奨される．

●本邦で行われた術後補助化学療法の第Ⅲ相試験ではAP療法，DP療法，TC療法の3群で有効性に差を認めなかった．

●エビデンスの適用にあたっては，試験により対象となった再発リスクの定義の違いに留意する必要がある．
