遺伝性乳がん（BRCA1/2, Li-Fraumeni）の着床前遺伝子検査―新しい審査体制を含めて

●遺伝性乳がんを含む，遅発発症の遺伝性疾患に対する着床前遺伝子検査（PGT-M）の実施に関しては，今なお議論があるが，欧米においては確実にその実施数を増加させている．

●わが国においても，平成10年の日本産科婦人科学会の会告以来，PGT-Mの適応の要件である「重篤な疾患」の基準については大きな変更がなかったが，近年は日本産科婦人科学会や個々の疾患の関連学会を中心に再考がなされつつある．

●遺伝性乳がんに対するPGT-Mの技術は確立している．近年では，自らの遺伝的状態を調べることなく，かつ次世代にも確実に病的バリアントを引き継がせない目的で実施される「非開示PGT」の実施の要望が，遺伝性乳がんの患者のなかでも高まりつつある．
