良性子宮腔内病変―子宮内膜ポリープ，子宮筋腫，子宮腔内癒着，慢性子宮内膜炎

●子宮内膜ポリープや子宮粘膜下筋腫は，子宮腔内に発育した良性腫瘍で，子宮鏡検査でその腫瘍と表面に発赤や発達した毛細血管を認める．

●子宮腔内癒着は，子宮鏡検査で癒着による子宮内のひきつれや狭小化を認める．

●慢性子宮内膜炎の典型的な子宮鏡所見は，子宮内膜の発赤，間質浮腫，マイクロポリープであり，子宮内膜ポリープや子宮腔内癒着に高頻度に認める．
