漢方―おさえておきたい婦人科処方

●漢方医学は日本固有の伝統医学であり，西洋医学とは異なる理論から成る．毎回「望聞問切」と呼ばれる診察を行い，「証」の決定や確認を行うことが大切である．

●日本では，「婦人科三大処方」と呼ばれる当帰芍薬散・加味逍遙散・桂枝茯苓丸をはじめ，さまざまな漢方薬が婦人科領域，特に更年期障害に対して特に広く用いられている．

●婦人科三大処方に加え，半夏厚朴湯や香蘇散などのいわゆる「気剤」を上手く取り入れることで漢方治療の幅が広がり，より満足度の高い医療を提供できる．
