不育症と着床不全の子宮内膜マイクロビオーム

●IVF-ET女性の子宮内マイクロビオームでLactobacillus-dominant microbiota（LDM）がnon-LDMに比べて，着床率，妊娠率および出産率が高いと報告したのは，Morenoらだけである．

●切迫早産女性の腟内マイクロビオームにUreaplasmaが存在すると早産帰結のリスクが高く，不育症の子宮内膜組織マイクロビオームにUreaplasmaが存在すると，次の妊娠では早産と染色体正常流産のリスクが高いことを報告した．

●反復着床不全，不育症，コントロールの間で，子宮内膜組織マイクロビオータに差がない．慢性子宮内膜炎は不育症に多く，L. inersとUreaplasmaが慢性子宮内膜炎の発生に関与している可能性がある．
