早産のリスク因子

文献概要

●早産は,妊娠前の母体特性,遺伝的因子,産科的既往歴,妊娠中のリスクなど複数の内的・外的因子の総合作用で生じる.

●早産の最も重要なリスク因子は早産の既往であり,わが国における早産既往女性の早産再発率は16.3%である.

●糖尿病,高血圧,甲状腺疾患,うつ病,感染症の基礎疾患や,低栄養状態や子宮奇形を有する女性では早産リスクが高くなる.
