細菌性腟症に対する治療介入の是非

●妊娠中の細菌性腟症は早産のリスク因子である．

●全妊婦を対象としたスクリーニング，無症状妊婦への抗菌薬治療は推奨されていないが，早産ハイリスク妊婦においては早産予防効果を示す報告もある．

●早産予防につながる治療対象妊婦の選定方法，スクリーニング時期などの検討が必要である．
