文献概要

●妊娠中の感染防御には,子宮局所と全身性,外因性・内因性因子,および妊娠期間による変化など,複雑なメカニズムが関与する.

●着床,トロホブラスト浸潤,胎盤形成,胎児発育,分娩の経過のなかで,母体に必要となる免疫・炎症状態は刻々と変化する.

●自然免疫や獲得免疫細胞は,それぞれ協調して妊娠維持機構とともに感染防御能を同時に発揮する.
