●妊娠中の感染防御には,子宮局所と全身性,外因性・内因性因子,および妊娠期間による変化など,複雑なメカニズムが関与する.
●着床,トロホブラスト浸潤,胎盤形成,胎児発育,分娩の経過のなかで,母体に必要となる免疫・炎症状態は刻々と変化する.
