文献概要

●検体の品質管理は感染症診断に最も重要であり，そのためにはグラム染色による検体の直接観察はいまなお重要であることに変わりはない．

●細菌検査における機械化・自動化は，抗菌薬使用の適正化ならびに効率的な病床運用までパッケージとして検討すべき課題である．

●細菌検査室技師の業務は，検査室における病原体検査から，院内でのinfection control teamおよびantimicrobial stewardship teamなどのチーム医療での貢献へと軸足をシフトすべきである．
