文献概要

●迅速単純ヘルペスウイルス（HSV）検出法や血清HSV型特異抗体の特徴を理解し，鑑別診断や母子感染のリスク管理に役立てることが勧められる．

●再発例については，個別に妊娠末期の再発抑制療法を考慮する．

●妊娠後期の性交を避ける，または正しく感染予防をするように指導することが，母子感染予防につながる．
