ノンメディカル卵子凍結

文献概要

●不妊治療を目的としない卵子凍結保存には，医学的適応によるものと医学的適応によらないノンメディカル卵子凍結保存とがある．

●ノンメディカル卵子凍結保存は，将来の卵巣機能低下に対する備えとして，自由意志で行われる卵子凍結をすべて含み，計画的卵子凍結保存とも呼ばれている．

●最新のメタ解析では，ノンメディカル卵子凍結保存の使用率は11％にとどまっているが，全体の生産率は28％であり，凍結時の年齢が35歳以下では52％，36〜39歳では34％，40歳以降は19％である．
