タクロリムス療法

文献概要

●体外受精反復着床不全（RIF）症例には免疫学的評価を実施し，免疫療法が必要か否かの判断を要する．

●免疫学的拒絶が疑われるRIF症例には，免疫療法としてタクロリムスを胚移植前から使用する．その管理はタクロリムスの血中濃度で行うことが好ましい．

●タクロリムスはRIF症例ばかりではなく，反復流産症例，さらには妊娠高血圧症候群症例や常位胎盤早期剝離既往症例にも有用である可能性がある．
