遺伝性乳癌卵巣癌症候群

●遺伝性乳癌卵巣癌症候群（HBOC）とは，BRCA1およびBRCA2の生殖細胞系列病的バリアントに起因する乳癌・卵巣癌をはじめとした癌の易罹患症候群である．

●HBOCは高率に乳癌・卵巣癌を発症するものの，リスク低減手術により，著しく乳癌・卵巣癌の発症を予防することができる．

●本邦においてHBOCに対するPGT-Mは施行されていないが，欧米などいくつかの国ではHBOCがPGT-Mの適応疾患となっている．本邦におけるHBOCに対するPGT-Mの適応や妥当性に関しては，さらなる議論が望まれる．
