文献概要

●脆弱X症候群（FXS）は，母親のFMR1遺伝子内CGGリピートの前変異が，子に受け継がれる際に全変異アレルになり，発症することが多い．

●FXS家系の方々では，FXSと病態の異なる脆弱X関連振戦/運動失調症候群や脆弱X関連早期卵巣不全を発症する場合があり，家系の方々の遺伝学的検査が必要になる．

●FXSの着床前診断には，その遺伝的特徴を前提とした十分な遺伝カウンセリング体制を構築することが必要になる．
