着床前診断（PGT-M）に関する各国の規制状況とその倫理的・社会的影響

文献概要

●単一遺伝子疾患に対する着床前診断（PGT-M）にはいくつかのメリットがある一方，遺伝子疾患をもつ人に対する差別を助長する懸念があるうえ，非医療目的で（親が望む外見や能力などをもつ子どもをもつため）使用される可能性もあり，何らかの規制が必要である．

●PGT-Mを重篤な疾患に制限することが多いが，重篤性の意味と，重篤性をどうやって定義しているのかという点も重要である．

●PGT-Mにより生まれてくる子どもだけでなく，その子どもや家族が所属するコミュニティ（社会・世界）にもさまざまな倫理的・社会的影響を及ぼすため，それぞれの観点から影響を検討しなければならない．
