急性妊娠脂肪肝の診断と管理

●急性妊娠脂肪肝の病態はいまだ不明な点が多いが，血中の脂肪酸（特に長鎖脂肪酸）の増加による脂肪酸の肝臓への蓄積が関与している可能性がある．

●急性妊娠脂肪肝の確定診断はいまだ肝生検以外にないが，Swansea Criteria，アンチトロンビン活性，血清sFlt-1濃度，および検査値の推移を含めた検討やさらなる研究によって，臨床的診断基準が確立されることが期待される．

●急性妊娠脂肪肝の重症度の幅は広く，病状に応じた治療の選択が必要である．
