文献概要
●妊娠高血圧症候群(HDP)既往女性の長期予後を管理するには,産科医だけでなく,内科医・助産師・看護師・栄養士・薬剤師・保健師など他職種との連携が求められる.
●多くの人が同じ方向を見ながら女性の健康を管理していくには,同じ知識をもつことによってメンタルモデルを共有することが大切である.そのために「妊娠高血圧ヘルスケアプロバイダー制度」が有用である.
●HDP既往女性の次回妊娠での再発を予防するためには,ハイリスク妊婦に低用量アスピリンを妊娠初期から投与することが重要である.
