妊娠高血圧症候群診療の課題―次回のガイドライン改訂に向けて検討すべきこと

●妊娠高血圧症候群（HDP）の定義・分類に関する問題として，妊娠高血圧腎症（PE）の診断基準と蛋白尿による重症度分類に対する問題が存在する．

●PE妊婦の産後蛋白尿の診断基準は，随時尿では0.30g/gCr以上を陽性としているが，非妊婦の内科での蛋白尿診断基準は0.15g/gCr以上となっており，産科の診断基準とは異なる．

●将来の慢性腎臓病の発症リスクも考慮したPE妊婦の産後蛋白尿の判定基準を検証し，再設定する必要がある．

●HDP妊婦の降圧開始時期と降圧目標を検証し，設定する．
