●女性を診療する際，隠れた過多月経，貧血・鉄欠乏を見逃さない．

●PALM-COEIN分類に沿って原因病態を考え，緊急性・症状・併存疾患・年齢・妊孕性温存の必要性・患者の希望などから個別に治療方針を検討する．

●フォローアップにおいてはヘモグロビンだけでなく貯蔵鉄も評価し，鉄のIn-Outのマイナスバランスが是正できているか判断する．
