婦人科悪性腫瘍に伴う貧血の管理法

文献概要

●腫瘍からの大量出血患者に対しては，ヘモグロビン値にかかわらず止血処置（機械的圧迫，子宮動脈塞栓術，緊急子宮全摘術）を行う．

●治療中（手術療法，化学療法，放射線療法）の婦人科悪性腫瘍患者においては，ヘモグロビン値10g/dLを下回らないように管理するのが望ましいが，少なくとも7〜8g/dLを維持するよう対策を講じる．

●終末期患者においては，ヘモグロビン値にかかわらず，自覚症状の緩和を第一に考えて貧血の管理を行う．
