子宮筋腫と子宮内膜症の合併症例，ホルモン製剤をどのように選択する？

文献概要

●子宮筋腫・子宮腺筋症・子宮内膜症はいずれもエストロゲン依存性疾患であり，それぞれの疾患が併存するケースも日常臨床上，頻繁に経験する．

●疼痛や過多月経などの女性のQOLを大きく損なう臨床症状に加えて，妊娠の成立や生児獲得を治療アウトカムとして考慮に入れる必要がある．

●ホルモン療法や手術療法，不妊治療，あるいは経過観察から，患者個々に適した治療方針を立案すべきである．
