メトトレキサートが奏効せず腹腔鏡下手術を要した腹膜妊娠の1例

▶要旨

　異所性妊娠は全妊娠の1.0〜1.5％の頻度で発生し，腹膜妊娠は異所性妊娠のなかで約1％の頻度と稀な疾患である^1）．発生部位は，ダグラス窩，膀胱子宮窩，広間膜，大網，腸管などさまざまである^2）．術前診断は困難であり，術中に診断することがほとんどである．今回，術前にMRI検査で腹膜妊娠を強く疑ったが，メトトレキサートが奏効せず，腹腔鏡下手術を要した1例を経験したので報告する．
