子宮体がん手術で卵巣温存はどこまで許容されるか

●子宮体がん治療により外科的閉経となる症例は少なくない．

●卵巣温存の腫瘍学的な安全性について，外科的閉経によるリスクについて報告されている．

●閉経前の子宮体がん症例については，腫瘍の治療とヘルスケアの両面からのリスク・ベネフィットを考慮した治療選択が必要である．
