文献概要

●卵巣悪性胚細胞腫瘍は若年発症であり，妊孕性に関わる重要な疾患である．

●通常の卵巣がんに対する化学療法や手術方針とは異なる考え方での治療となるため，過剰な手術，過剰な化学療法とならないよう，方針を決める際には注意が必要である．

●生存率，妊孕性ともに予後はよい反面，一部に予後不良となるケースがあることも忘れてはならない．
