調節卵巣刺激に遺伝子組み換えFSHを使用しARTで生児を得たKallmann症候群の1例

▶要旨

　Kallmann症候群は特発性低ゴナドトロピン性性腺機能低下症（IHH）に嗅覚障害を伴う疾患である．今回われわれは，Kallmann症候群の患者に遺伝子組み換えFSH（rFSH）を使用して調節卵巣刺激を行い，ARTで生児を得たので報告する．

　症例は31歳，アンタゴニスト法でrFSHによる調節卵巣刺激を行い，1個の顕微授精由来の胚盤胞を得，ホルモン補充周期で凍結融解胚移植し妊娠が成立した．妊娠経過は順調で，妊娠36週6日，2,386g，アプガースコア8/9の男児を分娩した．
