HRFとHRT―(Heidelberg Retina Flowmeter and Heidelberg Retina Tomograph)

文献購入ページに移動〔SUMMARY〕 HRF(Heidelberg Retina Flowmeter)は,共焦点レーザー検眼鏡とレーザードップラーフローメーターを組み合わせることにより確立された,眼底組織血流測定装置である.同様にHRT(Heidelberg Retina Tomograph)は共焦点レーザー走査技術の進歩によって可能となった,3次元的な視神経乳頭および網膜の形状解析装置である.この2つの役割を担う1つの器械ユニットがHRF/Tとして医療現場に供給されているが,近年になりHRTの機能のみを分離しソフトウェアのバージョンアップを遂げた廉価版ともいえるHRTⅡが登場している.本稿ではこれらの装置の長所・短所を含めた概要に触れ,実際の臨床応用について解説した.〔臨床検査 49:1107-1113〕
