肝細胞癌原因の推移

〔SUMMARY〕　わが国における肝細胞癌(肝癌)の主な原因は，B型とC型肝炎ウイルス感染であり，全体の90％を占めている．これまでの推移をみると，HBs抗原陽性例は，1970年代には全体の30％台を占めていたが，2000年以降には，10～15％に低下している．一方，HCV抗体陽性例は，1990年以降，全体の70～80％を占め，いまだに低下は認められない．HBs抗原もHCV抗体も検出されない，いわゆる非B非Cの肝癌症例の占める割合は徐々に高くなっている．非B非C肝癌の原因として，B型肝炎ウイルスの潜在感染，アルコール性肝障害に起因する肝癌の他に，最近では，NASHとの関連が注目されている．〔臨床検査　49：1185-1191，2005〕
