肝臓癌治療成績と腫瘍マーカーの推移―2．外科的治療

〔SUMMARY〕　肝細胞癌(肝癌)切除例における腫瘍マーカーと肝癌再発の関係について検討した．術前腫瘍マーカーが陽性であった症例のうち78％が術後陰性化した．腫瘍マーカーが術後陰性化しなかった症例では術後早期に肝癌再発がみられた．多くの症例で再発時における陽性腫瘍マーカーは術前陽性腫瘍マーカーと一致していたが，異なる症例や再発時腫瘍マーカー陰性例もみられた．術後遠隔転移例はPIVKA-II陽性例に多かった．〔臨床検査　49：1231-1234，2005〕
