文献購入ページに移動〔SUMMARY〕 世界で最初のヒト脂肪組織遺伝子発現情報データベースは,ヒトゲノムプロジェクトにおいて構築され,2つの大きな特徴が明らかにされた.1つが分泌臓器としての脂肪組織の特性,つまりアディポサイトカインの概念であり,もう1つが同データベースよりクローニングされたアディポネクチンをはじめとする脂肪組織特異的遺伝子のもつ大きなインパクトである.本稿ではこれらアディポサイエンスの中核を担う因子とメタボリックシンドロームとのかかわり合いについて総括したい.〔臨床検査 49:1639-1647,2005〕
