リポ蛋白異常

〔SUMMARY〕　メタボリックシンドロームは内臓脂肪の蓄積を基盤として生じる代謝異常の重積である．その病態にはインスリン抵抗性が存在する．このような変化は様々なリポ蛋白代謝異常を呈する．メタボリックシンドロームの表現型である高TG血症/低HDL-C血症の背景にはこのような病態が存在している．また，このような病態におけるリポ蛋白代謝異常では動脈硬化惹起性リポ蛋白が増加している．本章ではこのような変化について概説する．〔臨床検査　49：1713-1721，2005〕
