文献購入ページに移動〔SUMMARY〕 生体に生じた種々の酸化ストレスがDNAを酸化し,その修復除去過程で種々のDNA酸化物が尿中に排出される.それらの尿中DNA酸化物のうち,特に8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine(8-OHdG)がDNA障害マーカーとして注目されており,新しい自動分析定量法が開発された.尿中8-OHdGについて,癌,糖尿病,炎症などの疾病や有害物質暴露による酸化ストレス状態を反映することが多く報告されている.〔臨床検査 49:153-161,2005〕
