〔SUMMARY〕 血液脳関門および血液脳脊髄液関門は,形質上の特性から静的な障壁として中枢神経系を循環血から隔てている.近年,これら関門にはトランスポーター(P-gp,Mrp,Bcrp,Oatp1a4,Oat3)による異物の排出機構が存在しており,動的な障壁としての働きも明らかになってきた.実体が明らかになるにつれて,トランスポーターを介した薬物間相互作用,遺伝子多型によるトランスポーター機能の個人差が注目されている.〔臨床検査 49:358-366,2005〕
