気管支喘息の発症機序

〔SUMMARY〕　気管支喘息は，アレルゲンを気道組織内に吸入することによって引き起こされる局所的な炎症である．その炎症機序にはTh2型サイトカインが重要な役割を果たしていることが明らかとなってきた．しかし，近年の気管支喘息増大がどのような環境要因の変化によりどういった機序で引き起こされているか，あるいは気管支喘息の遺伝要因の全貌はどうなっているのかなど不明な点も数多く残されている．〔臨床検査　49：715-720，2005〕
