アトピー性皮膚炎の発症機序

〔SUMMARY〕　アトピー性皮膚炎(AD)は，痒みの強い湿疹病変が慢性再発性に繰り返す皮膚疾患である．ADの発症機序や病態形成については様々な病因論とそれに関する研究が古くからなされてきたが，現在ではADの特徴であるIgE増多，好酸球増多，リンパ球増多，肥満細胞増多さらにはこれらの間での様々なサイトカイン，ケモカインの相互作用に着目した多くの病態解明が進んでいる．〔臨床検査　49：721-727，2005〕
