文献購入ページに移動〔SUMMARY〕 アレルギー性鼻炎は,くしゃみ,鼻汁,鼻閉を示す疾患であるが,その病態の本質はIgE-dependentであるとされている.抗原特異的なIgEが作られるようになる抗原感作,抗原曝露時に直ちに起こる即時型反応,6~12時間後に起こる遅発相からなる.即時型反応は,抗原とIgEの結合から始まるヒスタミン放出の影響が大きい.一方,遅発相は好酸球浸潤,好酸球から放出されるECPとロイコトリエンによる鼻閉が特徴である.〔臨床検査 49:729-737,2005〕
