キャピラリー電気泳動法がもつ多面的分析能

文献購入ページに移動〔SUMMARY〕 キャピラリー電気泳動法は高い分離能をもち,高感度で再現性の高い分離分析法であり,しかも自由溶液中で行われるため,この単相性に基づく特性を兼ね備えている.このゆえに多モード分析が容易であり,高信頼性分析が達成できる.また,インキャピラリー誘導体化ができ,微量試料を用いた高速自動分析が可能である.さらに,分子間相互作用のリアルタイム解析ができるため,分子生物学的に価値が高い.試料溶液が微小であるため単一細胞分析にも向いており,今後の発展が予測できる.本特集ではこのような多面的分析能をもつキャピラリー電気泳動の臨床分析への応用の可能性について述べる.〔臨床検査 49:935-947,2005〕
