PK/PDを考慮した抗菌薬の適正使用とは

PK/PDの検討は有効性を高め，副作用の防止や耐性菌の抑制のために重要である．それぞれの抗菌薬のもつPKやPDの特性を生かして治療を行うことが抗菌薬の適正使用に結びつく．〔臨床検査　50：18-22，2006〕
