アレルゲンとしての花粉

国民の10%以上がスギ花粉症であると推定されている.その主要なアレルゲン蛋白として,Cry j 1,Cry j 2が報告されている.現在,この2つのアレルゲンについて解析が進み,その成果を基に治療用ワクチンの開発も進んでいる.また,サルやイヌにも自然発症のスギ花粉症が存在し,そのアレルゲンに対する反応性はヒトによく似ている.〔臨床検査 50:129-137,2006〕
