花粉症の遺伝的背景

花粉症は環境要因と遺伝要因が深くかかわって発症する多因子疾患である.多因子疾患の疾患感受性遺伝子同定のためには症例対照研究と家系を用いた連鎖解析が広く用いられている.本稿では現在までに行われている花粉症・アレルギー性鼻炎の全ゲノム連鎖解析の報告と候補遺伝子の症例対照研究について詳述した.〔臨床検査 50:139-144,2006〕
