緑膿菌(臨床編)

はじめに

　緑膿菌は弱毒菌の1つであり健常者において感染症の原因菌となることは稀であるが，悪性疾患や免疫不全状態にある患者などには重篤な感染を引き起こす，いわゆる日和見病原体である．緑膿菌は病院内の様々な環境に存在することや，多くの系統の抗菌薬に対して耐性となりうる機構をもつなどの特徴を有し，院内感染の原因菌として非常に重要である．
