ホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋標本―乏突起膠腫における染色体1p欠失のFISHによる検出

　グリア細胞系の脳腫瘍は一般に根治が困難であるが，乏突起膠細胞性腫瘍は有効な化学療法のプロトコールが開発されてから有意に予後が改善され，適切な病理診断の重要性が高まっている．乏突起膠腫における染色体1番短腕の欠失は化学療法の治療効果と密接な関連があることがわかっており，ここではFISH法でそれを解析する方法を紹介する．筆者らはプローブなどの主要な試薬を自作することでコスト抑制に留意している．〔臨床検査　50：761-766，2006〕
